“A tour of the wine production and a story about the history of the area! It all took about 2.5 hours. It was the owner of the vineyard himself, who made the tour, and there was only me and my partner (only 2pcs) on it, who made it itim. We got after the tour of the place, try a total of 6 different wines to different finger food. All the wines were very good, and it is understandable why they have won awards! After this, you can buy wine at your own point of sale. All in all a pleasant tour in nice surroundings, which is definitely worth the price!…”

“The tour guide was rude, he didn’t look at us while he was talking so we couldn’t hear a word he said. Didn’t seem interested in answering any of our questions. Tour didn’t last long and was literally just a short walk up a down a small patch of lavender plants. It has so much potential but needs to be improved especially the guides attitude.”

8.Self-Guided Off the Beaten Track Tour in Nessebar

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 3 reviews · 2 to 3 hours (approx.) · from $35

Follow an English e-guide through Nessebar’s Old Town, from St Stephens Church and the Archaeological Museum to ancient churches, the St Nicolas Statue, and the Old Fountain. You get maps, audio commentary, and local tips, then explore at your own pace. The route lasts about 2 to 3 hours and ends where it begins.

“The audio was well planned and descriptive. The locations were easy to find and follow along with the guide. The cobblestone streets were usually easy to walk upon, but areas needed extra caution, which is to be expected in such a timeless place. There is much to see and a great atmosphere about Old Town. Definitely take the time to go into the Archaeological Museum. The displays are good and different from the guide, which gives added dimension, but the ticket is also good for Saint Stephens!”
