“Reserver un minibus a 79 euros pour transfert à 4h du matin, la vielle au matin (24h avant) car nous voyagions avec les enfants et pas envie de me prendre la tête avec 2 taxis en pleine nuit. Ils ont rajouté 35 euros sous pretexte que c etait en derniere minute et qu'il fallait payer une prime au chauffeur (qui n a pas touché cette prime). Pourtant l annonce ne fait mention d aucun supplément et il est précisé 24/7. J etais à l etranger et n avait pas l occasion d organiser autre chose dans l intervalle mais n y aller pas ce sont des voleurs.”
