Walk central Sofia with a local guide such as Dani, Christina, Minna, or Yoan, stopping at the Antique and Artisan Fair, Central Market Hall, and Zhenski Pazar. You’ll sample Bulgarian food at several venues, learn how history shaped the cuisine, and finish with lunch at Hadjidraganov’s Houses Restaurant. Vegetarian options are available.
